This will be the first time that Festival Lent gets a chance to laugh with Robert Petan, the old-soul music artist of the younger generation from Brežice, whose album Ni za konje dirka, ni za srečne raj was released with the record label Celinka.si last year. Petan’s musicality and mature songwriting are attested by his cooperation with numerous artists on the Slovenian scene; we can see him in the show Kaj dogaja on RTV Slovenija 1 and he appears in his hit stand-up comedy show Zbogom korona – mi gremo na dopust!, in which he joined forces with comedian Perica Jerković. 

This time, he’s about to bring us to tears (in the good way) by appearing on stage in counterpoint with old music hats Janez Dovč and Goran Krmac, with the amazing Maja Weiss on hand to provide a bit of musical relief from their tireless rhymes and jokes.
